Cucumber Nitrogen Mojito

Ritz-Carlton, South Beach, this funky drink may seem a little sci-fi with its liquid nitrogen component. Perhaps this one's a mojito not for those faint of heart, but rather those with an adventurous side.
Cucumber Nitrogen Mojito
1.5oz Don Q Limon
2oz Lime Juice
.5oz Simple Syrup
.5oz Cucumber Purée
.5oz Mint Purée
6oz Liquid Nitrogen
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and whip with a wire whisk. Then add the liquid nitrogen to freeze it up. Garnish with fresh cucumber.
