Big night time parties not really your thing? That doesn't neccessarily mean you have to miss out on the festivities. NYC has been known for their elaborate and festive St. Patrick's day parade for the past 248 years. Just don't mistaken this with the daytime shenanigans of Hoboken St. Patty's day - the NYPD enforces a strict NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES policy during the parade. Sorry, day drinkers.
