This newly reopened Chelsea party spot offers visitors more than ample dance floor space and big time music performances. While there are plenty of string drink options to be found, the Decadence cocktail is a great rum based choice that combines agave nectar, Bacardi, strawberries and chocolate bitters.
To make Decadence at home you'll need: 1.5 oz of Bacardi (light, dark, or aged depending on the depth you want and/or palette of drinker) .5 lime juice .25 agave nectar 3 dashes of Chocolate bitters ½ cup of fresh muddled strawberries
Muddle diced strawberries (tops removed) then combine all ingredients in shaker. Shake and strain up in a cocktail or coup glass. Garnish with a fresh cut strawberry.
