It's a wagon, not a carriage, and it's traditionally done every year. Maybe the driver had hemmorrhoids. There is no explaining the garish, outlandish, and uglee get-ups that FLOTUS wears. And what's with the hair? She didn't have time to do it? Looks like it still has bed lint in it.
