"If Anyone Really Wanted To Change The World, They'd Bring In The Fashion Bitches, Because Nobody Gets Things Done Faster."

by Rachelle Hruska · January 15, 2010

Kelly Cutrone in her new book "If You Have To Cry, Go Outside. And Other Things Your Mother Never Told You" (coming out on Feb 2nd by Harper Collins Publishing House). Kelly goes on:

"If we went about saving the world like we go about producing fashion shows, well, let's just say New Orleans after Katrina would've been fucking sorted. (We'd all have been wearing Paul Smith wellies and barking, "What do you mean your head's bleeding? Get up, let's go, move!") My experience in the fashion industry has taught me to act confidently and decisively, without regret or self-doubt - in other words, with detachment from the outcome, which is the end goal of any good yogi."

Sooo, let's just cancel Fashion Week this Spring and spend that energy on solving this problem over in Haiti! Kelly you on board?
