New York City's long anticipated bike sharing program has finally launched and over the past month, we've seen the bike stations pop up across the city. As we take a look through #CitiBike photos on Instagram, however, it has come to our attention that New Yorkers are misusing their bike privileges. The question then becomes whether or not New Yorkers can be trusted with the keys to the new Citi Bikes. Take a look through our danger scale, ranked from 1 to 10 (10 being lethal and 1 being citi approved), and judge for yourself.
