What made you gravitate towards yoga?

I was kind of going through a dark time, and I wanted to find something that was healthier. I heard about this yoga thing, and I thought, "Okay, maybe I'll try that." I was scared to try it, so I took a flyer from the studio and walked by the studio for like, a week because I didn't have the courage to go in and I thought I was going to be bad at it. I finally went in and sat in the back, and I was not good at it immediately. But it was so nice having it be about how I feel and not so much about looks. I was so focused on the outside back then and not enough on the inside. It really started to feel like [my practice] was coming from the inside out, so I fell in love with it very quickly and dedicated my life to it.
