How has your perception of the food and restaurant industry changed since becoming a foodie influencer?

Working as a food TV producer, a lot of what I do now, is what I did then. My job is to go and highlight the best of the best. I think the perception of how restaurants view me has changed for sure. There is an immediacy of me posting on Instagram that restaurants really like, as opposed to a TV show, where a restaurant would wait months and months to see the final product.
