Tell me a little about your backgrounds.Shaun Rose: I've pretty much been in the nightlife my entire life...or my grown-up life. I started off as a promoter. After that, I partnered with Pravan Pardasani (who's now a managing partner at EMM Group) and we started a couple of companies doing nightlife promoting and consulting. Long story short, when Pravan and I decided to go our separate ways, I was offered a position at Hudson Terrace where we had been consultants. I was there for 3 1/2 years, initially as a promotional director and then eventually as the director of operations.Jonny Lennon: I've been at Goldbar for the past 5 1/2 years. I was in the nightlife industry for 19 years. I started working in the music industry at ICM, and did a bunch of other things in music before nightlife.SR: Around late June/early July I started looking into purchasing Goldbar. Jonny and I have been friendly for over a decade, and when we bumped into each other and I spoke to him about partnering with me. Upon deciding we were going to move forward on this space, we decided we needed to make some changes while still keeping the integrity of what Goldbar was.
