With the website in mind, and all the buzz about it, it seems dining at Le Turtle is 'an experience.' Is that something you and Taavo set out to do or do things like that happen more organically at your spaces?

We approached everything cinematically in an organic way. We considered and discussed all aspects and details of the place as a group, from the interior, food, chairs, hand soap, uniforms, music, and wine list. We believe that all the details many of which are invisible, all add up and create an immersive experience.
