Joshua Lyon's "Pillhead" Delightfully Debuts at Corner Bookstore

On Thursday evening, Hyperion Books proudly presented us with Joshua Lyon's Pill Head Book Opening at beautiful Corner Bookstore. This compelling, brutally honest book investigates the growing epidemic of prescription painkiller abuse among today's Generation Rx. Through gripping profiles and heartbreaking confessions, this memoir dares to uncover the reality--the addiction, the withdrawal, and the recovery--of the newest generation of pill poppers (looks like we won't be recommending it anytime soon to our Hamptons beach readers..).

Guests were aligned against the colorful bookshelves while anxiously awaiting to have Joshua Lyon scribble on the inside cover of his newest novel. As Joshua posed for pictures with fanatical fans, he also left the crowd in severe suspense as he read selected exciting excerpts from his book. Reviews have been good thus far..looks like we might just have to pick it up too!!
