Mariah Carey was certainly the center of attention at the 2010 Palm Springs International Film Festival, partly because of her much-lauded performance in Precious, partly because of her incoherent acceptance speech, and, apparently partly because of her pretty impressive rack jewelry...

The film festival opened last night with a gala attended by big name celebrities, including Anna Kendrick, Michelle Pheiffer, Helen Mirren, Quentin Tarantino, Jeremy Renner, Diablo Cody, Sean Penn, and Jeff Bridges. The festival runs through January 18th.
