Midtown East Afternoon
Meet your date outside of the Plaza Hotel and pretend its 1967, when Barefoot in the Park's Robert Redford and Jane Fonda shared a classic kiss. The film opens with the newlyweds pulling up to the historic hotel in a horse-drawn carriage for their honeymoon.
Next, make your way over to the second floor of FAO Shwarz for some Big inspiration and play a duet on the life-sized piano. Although Tom Hanks and Robert Loggia - who plays his boss in the film - aren't technically on a date, you won't want to pass up the opportunity to show off your "Chopsticks"-playing chops.
Finish off your date by strolling over to Serendipity 3 - perhaps stopping by Bloomingdale's on the way - in a move inspired by Serendipity. Nothing is sweeter than John Cusack and Kate Beckinsale's unexpected love... except, perhaps, some frozen hot chocolate.
