Reviews are mixed on 'The Other Boleyn Girl', but I for one can not wait to see this movie. It has the two best young actresses as its stars (Natalie Portman and Scarlett Johansson), add in Eric Bana? I'd go to see the romance scenes and fashion even if it were a SILENT film. Anyway, I'm not the only one interested in the film...At last night's private screening at the Regal Cinemas theater on 64th street, several NYers turned up. Natalie Portman was the only star of the film representing (though she only did a 10 min red-carpet run and then bolted to skip the showing, only to return later on for the after party at Christie's...smart girl), but she was joined by socialites Byrdie Bell, Annalise Peterson, David Lauren with Lauren Bush around his arm (they LOVE their names together I bet), Leven Rambin (freshly back from Cali to take over her total NY scene-domination), Margherite and Jennifer Missoni, Vanessa Carlton (wonder if the Ruby's lover would have wanted to join us at sisterspot Kingswood), Tory Burch (fyi: her sample sale is going on today), and Zac Posen.

Walked out of my apartment on 63rd only to pass by the horde of photogs. I had no idea they would hold a private screening in such a "blah" looking small theater. If I had known what was going on, and the weather hadn't been so lousy, I would of lingered for a bit.
