Last month we did a report on the state of Rap. And this month, we have confirmed that Rap is in fact dying. How do we know? Well try this on for size: Chamillionaire, a man who has bling and money in his name, can't even sell a million records. But, he has sold over 4 million ring tones. WTF?! Its a good thing there is a market for ghetto fabulous ring tones...otherwise this guy would be completely out of a job.
