Last night Talib Kweli performed at the Rock to Save Darfur Benefit held at B.B. Kings (love B.B.'S),  and all proceeds from ticket sales and t-shirts go to organizations dedicated to ending genocide in Sudan. Kweli is one of the best-known and critically, if not commercially, successful rappers in alternative hip hop, first gaining recognition through Black Star, a collaboration with fellow MC Mos Def.  Max was able to get some pictures of the show and even got a peek backstage!
