Brunch isn't the only thing getting the DIY cocktail treatment. NoMad Library has turned their bottle service into a mixologist's dream. The Flatiron hotel is redefining bottle service. Order a bottle and a sleek black cart is wheeled to your table with three pre-mixed cocktails and all of the fixings. For example a bottle of gin will come with the ingredients for a negroni, a southside, and a gin-gin mule. Your bartender, or "librarian," can mix your drinks all night, but most patrons opt for the DIY option. Who wouldn't want to experiment with the various vermouths, syrups, and bitters? Bottle service starts at $250.
