It has been months since we've taken a look at Pink Elephant on 27th street. There has been so many new spots (remarkably) opening that we almost forgot about the club that started the "best $2k" columns in the first place. Almost. Now the only question remaining: who is going to take the over the best "best $2k" spot this summer? Will Pink step up to the plate again? Or maybe Dune? The Georgica? The Harbor Club?
