It's amazing to see how naturally people sat back down at desks and pulled tiny, tiny tables together as they had conversations throughout the galleries and wandered through the brightly painted hallways. Though the logistics of putting a pop-up exhibition in a Manhattan school were probably a nightmare, the end effect was no doubt worth it, for what better way to drive home the needs of the school system that the exhibition backers so wanted to highlight? Plus, big people in tiny chairs? Great photo opp.
