Legendary East Village bar Mars Bar, recently said goodbye to NYC forever. Earlier this week we mentioned events leading up to its final death. With a swift blow from the Dept. of Health, the favorite bar to many came to its untimely end. Eater was able to capture some exclusive photos of this shell of what Mars Bar once was. Tear!
The future of this space you ask? A new condo development will replace the existing, dilapidated structure. Come to think of it, once the light hit it in these photos, its almost fitting for it to go. Even though it pains us to admit it.
