If you go after 7 pm, you might as well stay home. This is the bar you want to visit between 4 and 6, when you can get a seat at the bar and not have to raise your voice four octaves. The cocktails are phenomenal, probably the best in the West Village. The vibe is laid back, but come on a friday night and there's not a single seat at the bar. You'll be lucky if you can muster standing room. The crowd speaks for itself and the food is comparably some of the best bar food we've ever had (including Bushwick). The staff is super sweet and know what they're doing. Come by earlier in the day for a more intimate experience and to test the bartender's muscles.
