I'm deeming Douglas Friedman's "California Roll" costume (first photo above), my favorite yet. Talk about getting into a theme...all of the guests at Allison Sarofim's "Evening of Anime" party last Saturday were dressed the part. From the Hello Kitty pouf seat by Carlos Mota, to the homeade detailed costume of the hostess, to the decorations which were meant to be "the love child of Takashi Murakami and Jeff Koons", no detail was left out.
