New York's Iconic Rainbow Room Has Just Launched A Champagne Pop-Up

New York City’s famed Rainbow Room situated atop 30 Rock launched a champagne pop-up "Bubble Bar" to do away with the notion that champagne is only for special occasions. Instead, you should have a glass to celebrate the fact that you got through a Monday.

The Bubble Bar will be available on special evenings this week and throughout the month of May, serving an extensive beverage menu of 15 champagne varieties ranging from Michel Genet Blanc de Blanc at $19 per glass to Moët et Chandon at a whopping $110 per glass, curated champagne cocktails with names like the Gardet Brut Rose-based "Let’s Get Fizzical," a variety of champagne flights, and a specialty food menu curated to showcase champagne as the best, most versatile pairing wine. The elevated comfort food menu features non-traditional options like Triple-Cooked Fries with Champagne Béarnaise Sauce and Lobster Corn Dogs, with tipsy treats including a Rainbow Float and Champagne Dessert Garden. Summer bodies can wait – we want it all.

The Bubble Bar is reservation only, so book HERE for a table on April 24 or 30, or May 11, 18, or 25.

The iconic Rainbow Room has served over ten million glasses of champagne since its inception in 1934, so what better venue to revolutionize the way we think about a glass of bubbly? Cheers!
