The VNYL

This 4-floor club/lounge/restaurant is the one-stop shop that might actually get you to dive into the murky waters of frat-land that is 13th and 3rd. A clever little play on acronyms, The VNYL stands for Vintage New York Lifestyle and provides a glamorous throwback to the '70s party scene, complete with, of course, plenty of vinyl. Entourage's Adrian Grenier has recalled his party boy nights by teaming up with nightlife maven James Morrissey of The Late Late, curating the record collection as titled "Music Director." The bar's various floors (designed by Sarah Abdallah of Functional Creative Design) each have a different theme, from the palm-walled Champagne Garden to the gentleman's lounge-esque lower level called The Lion's Den. Bottle service, mixology, and innovative bites are all on the menu, as well as about a million 'grammable moments (re: bungee swing).
