The NoMad Rooftop
Unlike your typical rooftop, the NoMad Hotel's space has turned into a full-service restaurant for the summer months, serving $125 six-course tasting menus. Although Will Guidara and chef Daniel Humm opened the rooftop back in June, the restaurant is still on a strictly same-day reservation. The NoMad rooftop website opens up for reservations every day at 11 AM, so good luck securing your spot!
