What: After a two year break, the beloved outdoor restaurant and bar Gilligan's quietly reopened at the Soho Grand Hotel last week, giving a bit of end-of-summer excitement to anyone who's ever been there before. Restaurateurs Nick Hatsatouris and Lincoln Pilcher of Ruby's and Moby's (which Gilligan's is based on) fame have totally revamped the concept since the first iteration, offering a sleek bar, enough planters to uphold the tropical vibe, and an updated menu.
