Hipsters in tight jeans? Check. Plaid shirts and neck chains? Check. Sweater vests and Cartigans? Check, Check, Check.  There has been considerable buzz around town that Chloe 81 on Ludlow Street is the East side's answer to Beatrice Inn.  We sent JT White to check out the scene at their "Ivy at Chloe" party this Wednesday to get the scoop.  From the photos, it looks pretty similar.  Then there's the in-the-know-hipster-social fans of the place including: Timo Weiland, Kristian Laliberte, Sean Patrick Murray, Cayte Grieve, Kelley Hoffman, Richie Adomake, Jules Kirby, Charles Lorum, Lizzie Fortunato, Paul Johnson Calderon, Elliot David, David X Prutting, Abigail Lorick, Amanda Shine,  Ari Cohen and others.
