The Ultimate Guide To NYC's Boozy Endless Sundays

by Roxana Hernandez · July 15, 2011

Whoever said that Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights were the most happening times in New York City was CLEARLY too hungover to get to have fun on Sunday. For those up to it, here is a list of our favorite spots.

    The Sunburnt Cow

This East Village favorite has a huge backyard patio where Sunday sizzles with love on hot summer afternoons. It's pretty simple concept at this Australian inspired restaurant-endless brunch. Yep, endless. For $18 you can fill your belly with brunch and drink your bladder out with their all you can drink "Moomosas", "Moo Marys", Fosters, Greyhounds or screwdrivers.

    Hop Devil Grill

For all you beer lovers- like me, this is where you want to go. This East Village beer bar has a "BEER-unch". Yep, every Saturday and Sunday $20 gets you unlimited craft beers (they have 24 on tap) and an entree. Don't be afraid to try all 24 types of beer cause there's no limitations on the number or types. But if you want more of the traditional brunch cocktails like mimosas, bloody marys and sangria they have those too, unlimited.

    The Frying Pan

Outdoor drinking goes hand-in-hand with Summer Sundays, so The Frying Pan makes the perfect combination of the two. Before it was known for it's live music, massive patio, and bar it was once an abandoned ship that actually sank in the Chesapeake Bay. So, join the rest of the Sunday crowd and rock the boat at The Frying Pan.

    Felix

In the heart of SOHO, Felix is the place to be on Sundays. It's not only known for great French cuisine but for its drinking crowd and house music at 11am. If you don't plan on drinking, don't bother going because it's just all around wild here, just the way Sunday Fundays shoud be.

    Meade's Bar

Drink, eat, drink and drink some more at this South Street Seaport hot spot. Just add $12 to your brunch for all you can drink Bloody's, Cape Cods, Mimosas and Screwdrivers. (There is a 1.5 hour limit for tables for endless drinks but you can continue getting your drink on at the bar.)
