Described as a "tequila bar cum library," La Biblioteca offers a Downtown cool atmosphere in the heart of office land. While bar regulars can purchase their own tequila locker and library card, the most enticing offers are the happy hour deals which run from 5pm-8pm Tuesday through Friday and include $8 margaritas, $4 beers and 2 for $5 tacos. Tequila lovers can head to special tastings on Tuesdays which include meet and greets with ambassadors from different distilleries as well as plenty of samples.
