Dear Paul Sevigny: Dude, I know you didn't want me to write about the Bea- kind of yelled at me the other night after hearing I was going to- but I've been going there at least once, twice, four nights a week since it opened.  I even had my 40th birthday there!  It's my home away from home, and it's changed me.  I can't help myself.
