Last night was the Grand Opening of the Arts Horizons Leroy Neiman Art Center in Harlem. Rob Rich was there to capture Leroy himself christen the new space. Neiman, best known for his colorful paintings of sporting events, donated a cool $1million to help create a permanent home for this Harlem Community's art center. How cute are these photos?!:
