JuniHotel Chandler's Juni is helmed by Chef Shaun Hergatt who recently received his second Michelin star! On Christmas Eve, the chef will be cooking one of a kind meals, like: cured Tasmanian ocean trout with compressed pear and kalamansi, tuscan kale soup with berkshire pork and lovage oil, gianduja with sweet potato and bay leaf.
