These days its seems like everyone and their brother is coming to the Bowery.  Heck we're even there!  But it's not a party until Ron Burkle shows up on the scene! So much excitement hasn't hit a Hotel since Dunston checks in.

A tipster informs us that this Clintonite, Sean John investor, and jet-setter extraordinaire has taken out one of two penthouse lofts in the Bowery Hotel for a cool $30k per month ($10k lower than the initial offer price).

Back in January there was much speculation as  to who might scoop up one of two"blingtastic" full floor lofts.  Well, now you know.
