Matt Kliegman and Carlos Quirarte's Westway was supposed to open back in February. Blackbook's list is not your average spam email, hey girl I'll give you free drinks, style promoter. Instead, "they’re people who produce unique events that are extensions of their lifestyles."  Included on the list: Susanne Bartsch, Ladyfag,  Seva Granik, Todd Pendu, and Kenny Scharf.
