You know Spring is here when the city's rooftop bars start opening up to weekly parties.  The Empire Hotel Rooftop started off theirs with a "Spring Tuesdays: Sunset Cocktails and Jazz" night last night and the turn out was impressive.  Miss out on the fun? Don't worry, this rooftop will be hosting "Spring Tuesdays" every Tuesday from 6:30-10:30 now until the end of Spring.
