Barbara Hutton

Born: November 14, 1912

Died: May 11, 1979 (age 66)

Husbands: 7; Pince Alexis Mdvivani; Count Kurt von Haugwitz-Reventlow; Prince Igor Troubetskoy; Porfrio Rubirosa; Baron Gottfried von Cramm; Prince Pierre Doan

Who she is: Dubbed "poor little rich girl" because of her messy life, Barbara Hutton was, for a time, one of the wealthiest women in the world. In addition to her numerous marriages to men from elite families, she herself was an heir to the Woolworth Fortune. Barbara was known for her outrageous spending habits, which while altruistic (she was a generous tipper and often donated large amounts to charity), ultimately led to the loss of much of her wealth.
