The Algonquin Hotel

Throughout the 1920s, New York's most biting intellectuals could be found at the Algonquin Hotel, hosting luncheons filled with witty banter, wordplay, and wisecracks. The Algonquin Round Table, or as they called themselves "The Vicious Circle," hosted a range of writers, poets, and humorists including Harpo Marx, Harold Ross, and our favorite, Dorothy Parker.
