White Horse Tavern

A 1950s and '60s favorite of everyone from Jack Kerouac to Bob Dylan, the White Horse Tavern is most famous for being the bar where Welsh poet Dylan Thomas literally drank himself to death. According to the story, he declared, "I've had 18 straight whiskies. I think that's the record!" Just try to limit yourself to a few shots when you go.
