Blah, Blah, Blah...Butter turned five and the celebration took place last night, (Monday duh!)

While The Post did a good job catching us up on all the fabulous things that have taken place there over the last half decade, we are wondering when Richie Akiva and Scott Sartiano are finally going to open up 1OAK, you know, the club that is "going to change the face of nightlife" ? Yesterday must have been quite the special day for the pair. Along with celebrating Butter's anniversary with Owen Wilson, sources say that the 1OAK building passed inspection...could the opening night be this weekend?
