A book party was held last night at the CRU Restaurant in support of Jay McInerney's latest book, How It Ended, by his (fourth) wife, Anne Hearst McInerney, Candace Bushnell, and Nicole Miller. The socialite, author and designer joined forces to throw a cocktail soiree where people such as former New York City mayor Rudy Guiliani, Amanda Hearst, Andre Balazs, and Brooke Geahan could all get autographed copies of the socialite's hubby's newest venture into fiction.
