Little did I know, over 200 Improve Everywhere “Agents” froze in place for five minutes while onlookers, perhaps just as scared of the potential chemical gas release (“what’s wrong with them??”) as they were baffled, looked on. In fact, they didn’t just look on. They poked, prodded, and mused over the actors like small children at the Buckingham Palace gates (those Royal Guardsman don’t even blink!).
