We couldn't help but notice how Jade Jagger (Daughter of Rolling Stone Mick Jagger) is helping market a luxury condo building in Chelsea called Jade (right next to Flat Iron Lounge).  In fact, its almost impossible to miss it with taglines in sultry script that read "See you up on the rooftop."  Oh Jade, if only this were true we would be the first in line to buy!  The condos have been on the market since 2006, so perhaps the sex isn't selling quite as well as the investors hoped, or buyers are a bit jaded with the super expensive NYC real estate market ...but they should think of redoing the flash heavy website replete with a cheesy techno track.  It doesn't quite vibe that well, and gives off a pretty gimmicky feel...
