Company: Etsy is an online craft fair that gives sellers a virtual storefront and buyers access to the goods, selling everything homemade and vintage from photography to jewelry. The entire facility is designed to keep creative juices flowing from naming the meeting rooms after foods and bands, to leaving arts and crafts supplies around, and even providing employees with white lab coats. Some features of the e-commerce hub are a t-shirt press in the break room, Rock Band in the corner of the Wu-Tang Clams conference room, a 9 foot owl guarding the door named Mr. Grit, and a rooftop patio. Future: Etsy has recently opened a 4th office in Berlin and plans to partner with organizations like Kiva. In 2012, they saw 70.3% growth in sales, rising from 1 million $525.6 million.
