[Photos via Getty] The Tribeca Film Festival wasn't just for scarlets and movie buffs. Residents of this Manhattan neighborhood took the chance to celebrate the festival with an outdoor street fair last Saturday.  Free and open to all, there were puppeteers, storytellers, face painters, stilt walkers, hoola hoops, and more goodies to go around!  THIS was the party not to be missed at the Tribeca Film Festival.
