Start your tasting trek with a trip to Bottlerocket Wine and Spirits, a Union Square wine hot spot offering samples of Dr. Konstantin Frank's Long Island and Finger Lake wines. From here, it's a short walk to Union Square Wines and Spirits, where you can continue sampling Long Island's Paumanok wines. A little farther south you can sip Thousand Island Winery's bottles at Bowery Wine, or take a another trip to Brooklyn for Channing Daughter's wine at Slope Cellar.
