Yesterday was a little teaser of what's soon to come, and diners all over Manhattan were taking advantage of it. I for one am such a huge fan of eating outside....it's a chance for me to feel cool like my European and West Coast counterparts. I can't wait for the outdoor Brunch season to kick off, and need something to get me in the mood. So?? What are some of your favorite places to eat outdoors in the city??

I’m not going to list out all of my favorites (too much time), but I will tell you this: I hope to GOD my friends don’t continue to head to Nello’s for brunch.

This is obviously cliche, but I’m still a fan of people watching outside at Pastis

I love Cloister Cafe on E 9th St. And I ate outside yesterday at Tartine, which was great although getting an outside table is sometimes challenging. Shake Shack, also…natch.
