Who was there: Participating chefs included Terrance Brennan (Picholine & Artisanal Premium Cheese Center), Cesare Casella (Salumeria Rosi), Tom Colicchio (Craft Restaurants), Wylie Dufresne (wd~50), Tory Miller (L’Etoile), Masaharu Morimoto (MORIMOTO), Alfred Portale (Gotham Bar and Grill), Charlie Trotter (Charlie Trotter’s) and Jonathan Waxman (barbuto).

Other details: This exclusive event was emceed by Chef Guy Fieri and co-hosted by Lee Schrager, Vice President Corporate Communications Southern Wine and Spirits of America and Lesley Stahl, Correspondent, 60 Minutes. Guests had the pleasure of observing 80 leading chefs as they prepared a luxurious four course meal exclusively for their table of 10 guests (one chef per sponsor table).
