Last night in NYC, Jay-Z played a packed house at Carnegie Hall, W Hotels celebrated with Chelsea Leyland and Fashion Next at Lilium, Thin Ice had their premiere after-party at Soho Grand, Ali Wentworth had a book launch, and so much more.  Last night's parties were all about class.
