Last Night's Parties: New Yorkers Get Their Culture Fix, Food On The Move

    Young professional types got their culture fix; George Tun Sein showed off Gradual Rhapsody; Top Chef contestant Camille Becerra cooked up a movable feast; and ladies got their hair did. Last night's parties were primped and looking good.
