Vanity Fair editor Graydon Carter, of course, who was recently profiled in the NYT on the subject of getting into his two exclusive restaurants, the Waverly Inn and Monkey Bar. We originally put it as "what magazine editor and restaurant owner..." but that would've been too easy!
